  • Shortlisting – a shortlist of candidates is provided for your consideration via consistently formatted resumes, which allows you clear comparison
  • Client Interviews – assistance with arranging interviews with appropriate candidates
  • Advice – discussion of your views on the candidates helps you clarify your thoughts
  • 2nd Interviews – based on discussion, we arrange additional interviews or testing with candidates as appropriate
  • Advice – we are on hand at all times throughout the process for further advice on any aspect of interviewing or candidate selection
  • References – once you have selected the right person for the job, we check references thoroughly
  • Negotiation – we liaise between you and the candidate in any area, including preparation of offers, start date, remuneration and codes of conduct
  • Post Placement Support – for both your company and your new employee during the resignation and handover period to ensure a smooth transition
